Construction and civil engineering contractor JN Bentley has announced the annual winners of its internal recognition scheme, Be Recognised.
JN Bentley regards its people as paramount to its success, continuously investing in training and development to enable them to reach their full potential. The business implements this in a number of ways, one of which being Be Recognised.
Be Recognised aims to recognise and reward employees for ‘going the extra-mile’ to support the JN Bentley values, may it be for each other, the client, the environment or the local community.
Every month, individual and team winners are chosen by colleagues, before going forward into contention for the annual prizes.
Annual individual and team winners, as well as runner-ups, are then presented with a certificate and prize from a member of the JN Bentley board.
The latest winners are listed below.
– Paul Craig | Individual Winner – won for his efforts to create a great rapport with the local community, as well as his work to promote savings on site.
– Mark Gott, Tom Fawcett and Andrew Goldie | Team Winners – for displaying an exemplary attitude towards safety, challenging the conditions surrounding a lifting operation.
– Katie Eyton | Individual Runner-Up – for her valiant efforts to create a streamlined training plan for a client.
– AMP6 Bidding Team | Team Runners-Up – for driving the company through a successful AMP6 bidding process.
Be Recognised continues to run in 2015, with employees eligible to nominate and vote for their winners on a monthly basis.
