National design and construction company Mott MacDonald Bentley (MMB) has been awarded a five-year framework extension with Severn Trent Water.
MMB’s contract to deliver non-infrastructure works with Severn Trent Water was initially set up as a five-year agreement in 2009, with the potential to extend for a further five years if both parties agreed.
Richard Risdon, Operations Director for MMB, said, “We are delighted to have secured a contract extension with Severn Trent Water.
“Our aim was always to build a successful long term relationship with Severn Trent, and this extension recognises the efforts of our team in Shifnal in the West Midlands.
“The AMP6 challenge is an exciting one that MMB is looking forward to meeting as we play our part in delivering essential investment across the region.”
MMB is a joint venture between construction and civil engineering firm JN Bentley and global consulting giant Mott MacDonald. News of the contract extension follows the extension of MMB’s framework with Yorkshire Water into AMP6, which was announced in July.
